Parnell Townhouses

Built in 2017, the forms and materials of these five townhouses reflect both the adjacent commercial and residential zones.

Each townhouse is thoughtfully designed to maximise the floor area. Depending on which house, occupants can enjoy expansive views over one of Parnell’s lush native gullies, heritage housing, the inner Waitemata Harbour, or parts of all three.

The mainly three storey houses are clad with a mixture of Colorsteel and stained European Larch to provide visual articulation of the exterior envelope.
