Increasing the density on an inner city suburb site, these three townhouses reflect the surrounding vernacular housing by matching roof angles, scale, and by using a variety of exterior finishes.

The houses are orientated around a north facing courtyard, with upper floors having unobstructed views east to the city centre, and west to the Waitakere Ranges.

The internal spaces have a timeless natural tone and textural palette, and showcase a sculptural hung staircase.
